Romanian Character Sets
Help! We have a PDF with Romanian characters which views wonderfully. When we try to open it with Adobe Acrobat Professional v6.0 the characters come up as giberish. What are we doing wrong? Please help, signed "International Character Set" Challenged.

Harry, when you say that the PDF... "...with Romanian characters which views wonderfully." what are you viewing it in? Are you viewing it on the same computer as you are opening it in Acrobat?
Look at the menu File > Document Properties.. > Fonts and see what fonts are embedded.
Also, one more thing, in Acrobat, under the menu Advanced > Use Local Fonts is this checked?
