You don't. The name "Flash Anti-Alias" could also be called "Flash
Preview" you are seeing what you would get in Flash.

I don't think you can. Flash antialias was designed to show the
appearance in swf format and in swf format all strokes have rounded endcaps.
A common workaround in flash is to convert lines to fills and "erase" the
