Rounded Border around image

Okay... I'm sometimes stupid :) How do I put a simple rounded border around an image? I've tried marquee's, but the results aren't clean. I just want a simple thin wireframe around a photo.

Draw a rounded rectangle over the image. Deselect the rectangle and
select the image. Choose Edit > Cut to cut the image to the clipboard.
Select the rounded rectangle and choose Edit > Paste Inside to paste the
image inside the rounded rectangle. Click on the thumbnail for the
rounded rectangle in the layers panel and add a stroke.

Don't forget to hide the original image. You want to save only the layer with the pasted inside rectangle.
