Rounding an existing image

I have a rectangular image that I actually want to be oval shaped. How can I change the shape without distorting the image? Thanks in advance!

Your only options are to use an elliptical marquee to cut an oval out of
the image, or draw a vector ellipse and paste the image inside of it.
Either way, you'll be losing all the picture information at the corners.
