Roundtripping bug ( ? )
While Roundtripping some rollover buttons I came across a perculiar
thing: the upstate of the button is modified but the downstate is not.
Steps to reproduce this:
1) Design a button in Fireworks
2) Duplicate the Frame
3) Modify the duplicated (2nd) Frame so that it resembles the downstate
of the button.
4) Insert a Slice and attach the appropriate Behaviour
5) Save the button file somewhere on your HDD.
5) Export the button
6) Insert the button from within Dreamweaver into a generic page and
save that page.
7) With CTRL pressed Doubleclick the button. Fireworks launches.
8) Change the appearance of the the Downstate (2nd) Frame of the button.
9) Click 'Done'
10) Test the button with F12 or CTRL+F12 in your Browser or Secondary
Browser respectively
Has the Downstate changed?
I would like to know if anybody else sees this.
Thanks in advanceD for your time.

Popup menu no longer working after roundtripping
Hi I have a site with a Popup Menu in the left top corner. On the same height there is a graphic. I roundtripped the graphic but now my popup... -

Re: Roundtripping bug ( ? )
I just tried and verified the following:
- After Roundtripping a Javascript Rollover button the Javascript no
longer works.
- Added to that, when returning to Dreamweaver the saved (and closed)
Fireworks PNG file no longer exports the subsequent Frame(s). This can
be resolved by removing the Slice and inserting a new one with the
Behaviour. The PNG will then export subsequent Frame(s) again as normal.
This is obviously not a good thing. Can't remember this occurring in
Fireworks MX to my knowledge. Can someone please test this in Fireworks
MX as my EULA doesn't permit one to have both MX and MX2004 installed at
the same time.
