I want to include an RSS feed on my site, pulling from existing RSS sources.

I don't want to create RSS content, just display one or more from existing
sources.

I've checked out InterAKT but it seems that I need a server-side technology?

Do I need PHP?

Can I place an RSS feed on an ordinary HTML page?

Any resources anyone can point me to?
