It depends nature of the document you are exporting. If there will be
lots of empty areas or slices exported as HTML text that are
interspersed throughout the document, then it's usually best to use
spacers. If the image has been sliced so the slices line up and stack
neatly, them export it as a single table with no spacers. I never use
the nested table option because I try to avoid nesting tables. Like you,
I default to "Single Table - no spacers".
