rules above and below - Adobe Indesign Windows

Is it possible to create a paragraph style, which puts a rule both above and below the paragraph? I can't see a way to do it, but maybe I've just missed it? Thanks...

In Paragraph Style palette select Rule Above and switch "On" near the field; make the same with Rule Below.

You've probably found it for yourself by now. When you create your style
in InDesign CS one of the options 6th down the list is paragraph rules
    -- just what you wanted.

I'm so stupid! I thought you could only have one or the other! Thanks.

Thanks. I'm really stupid! I thought it was only rule above OR below.
Didn't realise you could switch both on.

Don't feel too bad-- I remember that I thought the same thing when I first looked at that dialog box way back when. And I bet we're not alone. :)

I w nder why they don't have it set up a la QXP, where both rule options are
visible at the same time. It's confusing the way it is...
