Safari OK Netscape is wierd
Okay, I'm a complete newbie at Dreamweaver. I was going along fine, learning
everything from books, and the program seemed to be complying. Then I looked at
my page in Netscape. Yipes! I have a whole section of my table that should be
black, but it's blue like the page background. The page appears fine in Safari.
I'm not published yet, but if there's something simple to look at I would
really appreciate it.
Thanks
Vanessa

Re: Safari OK Netscape is wierd
Hi there
Can you publish the site so we can have a look at it (or at least post the
table code on here)?
If not try emptying the cache in Netscape, I've had problems in the past with
browsers not picking up the fact that I've changed the stylesheet (I'm
presuming you are setting the table colours using css?).
You've already learned a valuable lesson... test in various browsers... Often!
I think we've all been through the shock of seeing a page render incorrectly
when we first tried it in another browser.
