Safari: Some pages appear HUGE - Mac Applications & Software

    I haven't seen this myself, so I don't know if this will help, but have
    you tried 'Make Text Smaller' under the View menu?

    Post an URL or two.

    I've noticed this problem with Mozilla for Windows. I can't say I've
    noticed it with Safari, but that's probably logical.

    Most of the sites I surf on the Mac are fairly general (and thus likely
    tested with a variety of browsers). But most of the pages I surf on
    Windows are *very* specific to Windows Windows and probably assume IE
    (and thus not tested on Mozilla).

    I had this happen with the Beta. I think it was resolved by trashing
    the preferances, and going back to another version. Using the new
    Safari 1 one resolved it for me. The letters aren't just big they fill
    the whole screen - right?
    Might be something to do with safari enhancer too - here's the thread:
