Safari "Unexpectedly quit" - Mac Applications & Software

Safari keeps on unexpectedly quitting on me. -I know that it's something java related as it happens on pages with Java content: -For example news.bbc.co.uk Here's what I've tried deleting caches/prefs (system wide using Jaguar Cache Cleaner) repairing permissions deleting the safari plist deleting and reinstalling Safari None of which has made a blind bit of difference It affects all users so I don't think it's a preferences issue -I'm running 10.2.6 on a 400MHz Graphite G4 AGP -I really don't want to have to reinstall the whole OS. (Whaaddaya think this is Windows?) Any suggestions?...

    Default Safari "Unexpectedly quit"

Safari keeps on unexpectedly quitting on me. -I know that it's something
java related as it happens on pages with Java content: -For example
    news.bbc.co.uk

    Here's what I've tried

deleting caches/prefs (system wide using Jaguar Cache Cleaner)
    repairing permissions
    deleting the safari plist
    deleting and reinstalling Safari

None of which has made a blind bit of difference

It affects all users so I don't think it's a preferences issue

    -I'm running 10.2.6 on a 400MHz Graphite G4 AGP

-I really don't want to have to reinstall the whole OS. (Whaaddaya think
    this is Windows?)

    Any suggestions?

Happens to me all the time when I try to log in to spymac.com to
check a second account I have there. First time through is OK, next
account, right after, crashes Safari. Probably something that will be
    fixed next time out.
