Save 11.0 files to open in 9.0
A client emailed me files that were designed in Windows AI 11.0 I have Windows AI 9.0 and cannot open them. Can they save them as 9.0 files or how can I open 11.0 files?

I believe that it can be done if exported as an AI Legacy File.
Go to File, Export as Illustrator Legacy.
It will then give you a drop down list of other AI versions to save the file.
