Save as dialog box not displayed
Hello everybody. I'm having a strange problem at the college where I work as a technician.
We've got a classroom full of G4's running 10.2.8 and Illustrator 9.02 in Classic mode. The students are opening Illustrator, creating a masterpiece and then trying to save. Disaster. When doing a "Save As" nothing happens. No error message appears.
I've searched the Forum and the Knowledge Base but can't find anything. The OS has been re-installed. Illustrator has been re-installed. Preferences binned. Permissions repaired. It's happening on quite a few machines. Has anyone any ideas?
