implications for a start...
Export will get the data, but not everything else.
Only reliable methid is to close the file on the host computer,
and transfer it to the required machine, then open it. Although
I very rarely have to do this, as I have the development copies
on my machine and only transfer them to the server when they're ready
to be used.
And why do you need a copy when you open it from the server
anyway? I loathe having lots of copies running around as
inevitably I end up using the wrong one ;-)
