    Default Save file to disk...

    Greetings all:

I need to give the user the option to save a file (in this case, an Excel file) to the hard drive from within the Director movie. I've seen it done before: basically, you click a button, a Windows Explorer-type directory tree box pops up, asking for the location to which you want to save the file. Once that's done, Director copies the file from the CD to the location you specified in the previous step.

So, my question: is this an Xtra? Can it be done w/ native Director code? Is it an MCI call of some kind?

Any help you can provide will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
