Save for Web - BUG REPORT?

I'm running Illustrator 10.0.3 on an 800 MHz G4 running OS X 10.2.8.

I attempted to use the "Save for Web" funtion on a large file. A warning dialog told me that the file I was attempting to save was larger than the "Save for Web" code was designed for and that I might run into problems. I canceled the action, and closed the document.

I opened another small file. I attempted Save for Web. Nothing happened. I retried several times. Nothing. Now Save for Web doesn't work at all for any document.

Has this been documented? If so, can I get save for web back without reinstalling?

Have you tried trashing your Illustrator prefs?

He he... *sheepish grin* sometimes I overlook the obvious solution. I trashed the prefs and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
