Save for Web Dialogue does not appear
Hello,
I have encountered a strange
problem while running PSE Vers 2 on Win XP that I have never seen before. The problem is this:
When trying to trying to save the image using File > Save for Web…,
the dialogue box does not appear. The screen flickers, but that is it. The PC does not hang up and PSE seems to do other functions ok.
I tried restarting PSE and rebooting with the same result.
Does anyone know how to fix this without reinstalling PSE?
TIA
Don S.

Re: Save for Web Dialogue does not appear
Thanks, Richard, Chris, & Beth.
I will try your suggestion the next time I am back at school. The problem is affecting about one-half of the 20 PCs in the computer lab where I teach. I hope that the Prefs file fix works. Reinstalling the program is not that trivial, since I don't run the lab and have to coordinate re-installs.
BTW the PCs are using Win 98/XP duel boot and problem right now appears to be associated with the Win XP installation.
I hope I can find the Prefs file relatively easy in XP.
P.S. You guys were so quick and helpful with this problem, please see another post regarding a display problem with PSE in this forum if you get the chance. :-)
Thanks Again,
Don S.
