    Default save picture as options

For some reason the only option I have when right
clicking on a picture is to save it as a .bmp. I'd like
the option to include .gif and .jpg. Can someone tell me
    how to add these somehow?

    Thanks-
    Brooke

Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
    needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
