I think you should tell them to sort their act out! Installing the latest
shockwave plugin is a task for the IT department? Not much of an IT
department is all I can say. Why don't they set up the shockwave installer
on an intranet server for people to access when they need it. I really do
think that their attitude is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if they
still only have the Windows98 shockwave plugins installed!
