Saving checkbox states (checked or unchecked)?
Hello.
I'm creating a basic form with checkboxes for "yes/no". Is there a way for the state of the checkboxes to be saved by the user (using regular acrobat reader)? My client wants the user to be able to fill out the form (ie. checkboxes) and then "save" it and return the PDF to them.
is this possible? i've already suggested the powerful forms "email results" options, but they don't want to have anything to do with it.
