I haven't figured out Illustrator CS Downsaving yet. Myself and my
dept have had many issues. We are no longer using Illustrator CS. We
downgraded to Illustrator 10,9,or 8 to keep the work going. Adobe will
have to deal with a lot of issues the more people who upgrade to CS
and discover this. I also experience 3-4 crashes a day in CS. Me no
like...
