Saving files to be compatible with earlier version of Illustrator - Adobe Illustrator Windows

My current version for AI is CS 11.0. I want to save the file in a version lower which is version 10.0. Can anyone please tell me how this can be done. I have Windows XP SP 2. Thanks....
