Saving Illustrator Files
Sometimes when I save my AI illustrations, I am prompted with an 'Illustrator Options' window which gives me the following options:

Fonts:
Subset fonts when percent of characters used is less than <enter percentage>
Options:
Create PDF Compatible File <check/uncheck>
Embed ICC Profiles <check/uncheck>
Use Compression <check/uncheck>
------------------------------
Why do I get this menu when I save while other times I don't?
