Saving query results to Excel - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

HI, I've seen it before but can't re-create it... How do you save a query result run in Query yzer to an XL spreadsheet, with each record being inputted in an individual cell? I have tried the 'results to file' option on the QA tool bar but unfortunately when asking for the file name it doesn't give you the option to comma separate or tab separate each record so I end up with all records in one cell. Thanks for your help! Elisabeth...

You could set your output mode to 'Grid' and to a File -> Save as and select
    CSV format.

    Elisabeth,

Before execute the SELECT query , select "results in grid".Copy the full
resultset by clicking at the top left.Paste the same way in excel. This
doesnt bring over the column headings though.
