Why would you want to do anything as vector using Illustrator in the first place.,
use corel draw assign your scale and export your drawing as DWG, not necessary for PROFESSIONALLY even AMATURE can do it,
In regards to as Illustrator being a PROFESSIONAL aplication,
get a grip on yourself buddy, this application is a NIGHTMARE , illustrator should be used as a main character in horror movies hehe.
I admit Photoshop is the #1 application as pixel oriented application,
but illustrator is a complete nightmare !,
Use corel draw and be 3 times as fast as illustrator user .
