Scaling loses stroke when printing
I tried "select all", object, transform, scale, scale stroke, but when I print the larger version of the artwork it does not include all of the lines (borders, strokes). The artwork is missing portions. Thank you.

Thats simple, double-click on the "Scale" icon, you should get a menu, click the option that says "scale strokes & effects" that should do the trick.
