Scanning from Adobe Acrobat 6.0
I have Windows XP Operating System on my PC and am on a rather large network here at work. Yesterday the administrator loaded Adobe Acrobat 6.0 on my computer. When I attempt to make an 11 X 17 pdf using my ScanMaker 9600 XL, I get an error message......."unrecognized image format". It makes 8-1/2 X 11 pdfs just fine. Scanner works fine with old Adobe 5.0. ? ? ?
