Thanks. I understand that there is a scheduler in Windows but how do I get
it to fire a MySQL script? What is the command line to fire a MySQL script?

    Take a look at:

He can install Cygwin for Windows, and run cron as a service, and use
regular crontab to run scripts, just like normal people have been
doing on normal operating systems for decades. MS Windows is slowly
catching up with 30 year old technology, computing progress at its
    finest.

    mysql -u{YourIdentity} -p{YourPassword} <YourScript.sql

I suggest putting it in a batch file with suitable comments and launching
the batch file from the windows task scheduler.

Redirecting possible errors >>YourSQLErrors.txt might not be a bad idea
    either.
