script to grab a pic - Linux Setup, Configuration & Administration

Anyone know a bit advanced script? I would like a script to grab a pic from a open port for a webcam. The webcam hogs the cam to other apps, but broadcasts it on a port to the net. if i open a browser to http://server:port i get a pic of it (single frame). how would i go about grabben it with a script? Thanks Arron...
