Scrollbar Colour Change

Hi, Perhaps a bit old question :-), and that is exactly why I forgot how to do
it.
How can I change the colour of my scrollbar? I have tried with the different
links on the net to find some answers, but nothing seems to work with Firefox
or Explorer. It just doesn't change.
Anyone?

This is an IE/PC only effect - which is why it's not working on FF.

Why waste the effort?

Anyhow, on a page with a valid and complete doctype, you would need to use
'html' as the selector, not 'body'.
