Scrolling Image bar
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help, I'm using dreamweaver, trying to make a
scrolling image bar for my A-level website ive been following the guide on this
link..
http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/dreamweaver-picture-gallery.phphttp://www.dreamwe
averclub.com/dreamweaver-picture-gallery.php i know very little about code
but have managed to get to the part where it talks about going into the
behaviours to Studio VII and then to the Horizontal Scroller by PVII, i don't
seem to have this in my list and obviously have to download it as an
attatchment to dreamweaver. I was wondering if anyone could help and point me
in the right direction, i only have the trial download of dreamweaver and don't
want to buy any attatchments, if someone could copy me the code or something?
I'm getting urgent as i need this done within the next few days, my teacher is
getting angry with me!! :(
Hope someone can help!!!

Not sure why a teacher would require a commercial add on (unless I'm reading your complaint incorrectly).
Depending on exactly what you're looking to accomplish, you might want to take a look at the Spry sliding panels which shows one "page" at a time:
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/samples/slidingpanels/SlidingPanelsSample.html
You'll need to look at the code of the page to see how to implement it.
Or do some searching for "javascript carousel" and you might end up on pages similar to the following:

http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/
http://zendold.lojcomm.com.br/icarousel/
I've not used any of them, so I don't know how well they work for your situation.

very old and it uses several free extensions, 2 of which (Show Pic and the
Horizontal Scroller) were retired several years ago as they used techniques
and markup no longer appropriate for modern browsers. If you'd like copies
of those extensions, they are free, but you'll need to email us. Our email
address can be found here:
