scrolling layers or iFrames extentions

I was looking for an extention for DW MX to create either scrolling
layers or iFrames. Does anyone have good experiences with any of the
ones (free or commercial) that can be downloaded at Macromedia?

I have only been using extentions for a few weeks now, I used to hand code
everything. but the stuff at project seven.com (
