Search Engine PLacement
How do you generate a good position on search engines? Everthing I read is
that flash is not search engine friendly and won't validate as valid html.
Thanks

Re: Search Engine PLacement
A lot of the newer or more powerful search engines actually can go
inside of flash these days and parse through your text for ranking.
Alternativbe content pages, or even pure html sections of a site also
can help.
For Directories like Yahoo a lot of times they actually have a real live
person look at your site to figure out whate category to place it in.
But that can take time and is not terribly reliable. The better ranked
you are on other search engines also helps increase your ranking.
There is a excellent book called Search Engine Visability that addresses
a lot of these topics in more depth.
