Default second line right indent style sheet in IDCS or CS2 for Macintosh

Is it possible to create a paragraph style sheet for this or does this have to be scripted?
The last character in the first line will always be a number. (a nested paragraph style perhaps?)

In CS2 the last line indent can be added to a paragraph style sheet (incliding [Basic Paragraph] if you desire).

    Open the Paragraph Styles palette.
Create and edit a new style (or double click on [Basic Paragraph]).
Click on the Indents and Spacing option.
Set the Last Line Indent to your preferred setting (this is the right indent for the last line only).
