Second Normalized Form.. - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

If I am right...a table is in second normalized form if all the non-key attributes depend upon ALL the attributes contributing to Primary Key and not just one or more of thsoe attributes. So does this conclude that if we table has only attribute contributing towards Primary Key there is no chance that there could be violation of second normalized form. RIGHT ?...

It depends what you are calling a "primary key", I think.
If you replace "primary key" by "any candidate key", then
    you might be right.
