Section Anchors in Con3
In Con 2.0 you could begin a 'section anchor'/bookmark with a letter or a
number. In Con 3.0 you must start with a number only - Why and how can I fix
this. My content providers want to begin the section anchors with numbers
since they are linking to various documents categorized by number. Why the
limitation in Contribute 3.0
