Secure Area Download

Hi i have this site [url]http://www.aprocre.org.ve[/url] you can see in the right top
corner a login. Thats login is only for the members that can (when they are in,
you can try now it's opened) dowload a pdf files. my question is how can i do
to put this pdf files into a secure folder in the server and let the user can
download when they are in the members area with out a server login for the
secure area?????

if someone have a better idea????????????. thanks in advance.

Please explain further. Don't know exactly what you mean.
But maybe this?
If you have the users in a database you can grant them rights to download
files. You can even decide which files for a specific type of user. In this
case you need to have pointers in the database to the available files.

ok...... enter in this link [url]http://www.aprocre.org.ve[/url] and click in the top
right button (login panel). You can see that "a secure area only for members
was loaded". there you can see two buttons on the left side.... thats button
download a pdf files that only the members can get....

i need to find a way to upload this file to a secure area in my server and
alow the user to dowload when he click the button........ without enter another
user o password for a server security message box..................... i hope
you understand me.....

another little thing i have 3 hours and i can to find the way for
this.......... in the "afiliacion" module you find a form........ this form use
ui 2 components and send the info to a email using php.... but the letters with
accents come bad..... example: "Raz??n Social". when the right way is "Raz?n
