Default Secure PDF's merged into 1 document from 2 different Secure Files, possible?

I have multiple Secured PDF files that I have created. There is a possibility that my end user will need to merge multiple PDF files into 1 main PDF, but our product contains sensitive information that cannot be altered, as far as Specs, therefore our need to encrypt each individual PDF file.

Is there any way that we can merge Secured PDF files that are password protected through Acrobat, without giving away our passwords?

If so please explain, as there seems to be no work around. thanks

Secure PDFs cannot be merged or have pages inserted into them. On the other hand, you could remove the security from the PDFs, combine them, and then secure the final merged document.
