Security: Preventing direct access to a PDF file

but if a user ,who has right to log in ,opened the pdf and
know the url of this pdf,then he tell this url to
others ,who has no right to log in,so any one can access
this pdf.....i also want to know how to solve this
problem ,but my question is not a pdf file,but an html
file..
