Default ==Seeking advice: Photoshop actions to 10D TIFs==

In processing standard settings Canon 10D RAWs
--(adjust exposure & WB in FVU)--> 8-bit TIFs
    --(batch Photoshop 7 actions)--> JPGs
I use same P7 action on ALL photos regardless of lighting & subject & deliver JPGs + "unactioned" TIFs to clients who can make their own JPGs if they don't like mine.

My current automated P7 batch action is, in order:
Image Size: change resolution from 180 to 300 as demanded by most clients
Unsharp Mask: Amount: 500%, Radius: 0.3, Threshhold: 0
Master Hue -10, Master Saturation +50
Reds Hue -5, Reds Saturation -20
Yellows Hue -10, Yellows Saturation -40
Greens Hue -5, Greens Saturation -10
Blues Hue -5, Blues Saturation -10
    Contrast +5
    Save as highest quality JPG

Any advice on improving my automated batch action appreciated. Are any important actions missing? Due to nature of my work, it is not efficient to do individual actions on individual photos. Also, my clients tend to prefer saturated, rather than ordinary, colors, as long as they are believable -- see example:

    Jeff,

Any advice on improving my automated batch action appreciated.

Very hard to give advice. Since form follows function (Frank Lloyd Wright) in processing.

The real question, if you don't mind my saying it like this, is: what is it you want to achieve? Until that's defined, it's really an excercise in futility.

Are you looking for better enhancement or better automation - two different things. See what I mean?

    Peace,
    Tony

since each original is different you shouldn't batch process anything like that.

    MichaelBField, YrbkMgr, & all,

I realize batching is not ideal, but makes tremendous sense financially in reality thus far. I'm sure the action I created can be improved but don't know how at this point. Regards.
