Selection Tool - Adobe Illustrator Windows

The Selection Tool cursor usually allows you to resize an object by clicking on the object and pulling on the over boxes at each corner. I must have hit something by mistake and now the Selection Tool only lets me select the object by not resize it, now the boxes at each corner are filled. Can someone help me to get things back the way they were and use the Selection Tool to resize. Thank you...

    Default Selection Tool

    The Selection Tool cursor usually allows you to resize an object by clicking on the object and pulling on the over boxes at each corner. I must have hit something by mistake and now the Selection Tool only lets me select the object by not resize it, now the boxes at each corner are filled.     Try View> Show Bounding Box. This is a toggle- Ctrl + Shift + B. Steve

    Or, if this does not help, try a full AIPrefs replacement/deletion, see FAQ #2.
