There is no mechanism in the Adobe Exchange for collecting money from
people. All of the extensions there are free to download.
What some extension authors do is to upload a free "Lite" version of
their extension to the Exchange, or an extension that only works for a
certain trial period. If user likes it and wants the full functionality,
then they'll have to go to your web site to purchase the "full" extension.
