Default Send for Review - JSP bug?

I have CTB3.1 and I'm using the updated CPS as well. When I send an html page
for review, the whole process works just fine. When I send a jsp page for
review I get the following messages one after another:

    1) Contribute could not contact publishing services server for connection.
    2) No longer connected to "<connection>" because the publishing services
    server is offline.
    3) Draft has been sent for review.

Then, I have to re-enable the connection for the sender. When the reviewer
opens and tries to publish the page, he gets "Can't publish draft because
another user removed your lock" even though no other actions were taken. The
only option is to delete the draft for review.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? This is a big deal for us.

    Thanks!

Default Re: Send for Review - JSP bug?

I have a somewhat similar problem.

My users do not have publish rights. They can send for review to me
(administrator) and I can publish them just fine. But if I send the draft
back, they cannot view it, it asks for their network name/password, so it seems
like an access list problem, but I can't find anywhere that I have blocked
access to any folders that would interfere (they all have root access).
    Any ideas?

When I send for review to my e-mail, it sends fine. The problem is that I get
an error when I click on the link. It says that the homepage (.mac) is invalid
or the person is no longer a registered user. My account is indeed active. I'm
    going bonkers.
