go File > New Group and group the addresses. You can now type in the
name of the group in the address field of new mails to send the mail
to all members of the group

The answer to your questions depends on what E-mail client you
use. If you clarify that, someone here can help you.

The maximum number of addresses you can put in one email depends on
your Internet Service Provider - you need to ask them that question.
If you have more than the maximum then split up your list to two or
more groups.

Hey whats up
I assume you are using Outlook Express as your e-mail client.
Add everybody you need to send the e-mail to in you Address Book by going
to:
Tools, Add Sender to Address Book
After you do that just click on create e-mail and where it says "To:" click
on that and it shows all of the people you put in the address book. Just
highlight their name and click on add button and you message will be sent to
all of the recipients you chosen
