Serial Number Complications
I am having an issue with contribute 3.0. Every time I try to enter in my
serial number to register the product a red X appears and there is no option to
continue. I have called so many times that i am able to recite the direct
lines to seperate customer service branches by memory to the representatives on
the line. No one knows how to help me. I have a serial number that is valid
according to every service branch I spoke with, but it will not work on my
computer. I think there may have been an error in the installation itself. I
am installing it off of a disk, not an online download. Apparently it is a
volume version of Contribute so I can't just get another serial number. I am
completely out of ideas and need this for my business. Please, anyone have any
ideas??
