Serial Numbers for Freehand MX

Hello,
It is unable for me to download the upgrade for Freehand MX.

I have purchased Studio MX with Freehand 10 last year. This spring
I purchased an upgrade to Freehand MX, the serial number is the same as
Studio MX.

I tried to download the MX Update, but serial number was not accepted.

What can I do? I've reported my problem to MACROMEDIA; but no answer ......

Sorry, I can't offer much in the way of advice except to say:

1) On Friday afternoon several people reported the same problem here,
their Studio MX serial numbers not being accepted by the new FH MX
updater. See the threads titled "~ FHMXa 11.0.1 - cannot download
update ...", "Update: FHMX Updater problem ...", and "Upgrade using
Studio Serial Numbers". John Nosal said that when the problem is
fixed ("in a timely manner") he will announce it here, but I haven't
seen such a message yet.

2) I didn't see your question on Macromedia's server, so many of the
regulars here, including the MM staff, won't either. In order to
reach the largest possible audience I recommend that you post through
forums.macromedia.com instead of your usual news server.
