Default Serious Problem: InDesign crashes EVERY time opening specific document.

I'm currently using Adobe InDesign CS 3.0.1 and it tries to crash EVERY SINGLE TIME I open a specific InDesign file. Opening any other InDesign file is fine except for the one. I can only assume that it's damaged in some way. Is there any way to find out for sure and, if so, find a way to repair it? It's been driving me insane...

    Thanks!

You might investigate the fonts in the document first. If they are ok, I would open the graphics in PS and see if they are sound. Maybe save as the graphics in their original applications. Beyond that, there are no diagnostics tricks like you used to do in PageMaker. How disciplined are you at keeping daily incremental backups?

    Sounds like a corrupt font.

Thanks to the both of you. Unfortunately, I did not have prior versions of the document saved. A hard lesson learned, though. I will attempt to examine the document for any corrupt fonts.

It had been a while since I worked on the doc so I hope I can remember what all fonts had been used and the same goes for the graphics...

    I appreciate the comments.
