"Serious System Error"

I am getting the Error "Serious System Error" error
message and event ID 1003 after restarting the Windows
2003 server-based computer.


I was suggested to download the Hotfix as the solution
but I couldn't locate the hotfix. Can any one forward me
the link to that particular hotfix link at my email ID:

But you must call them quoting the article KB-837432 and
they won't charge you... Make sure not to ask anything
else otherwise they may charge you.
