Server 2003 User Account Issues - Windows Server

Default Server 2003 User Account Issues

I just setup Windows Server 2003 Web Edition and I am
having problems with the way it handles user accounts. I
added a new Group (Group A) and then added a new user and
placed the user in Group A. I set the permissions on the
NTFS Volume for a folder to only allow the user to List
the folder content and to Write to the folder. If the
user logs in to the FTP site he has the same permissions
as the User Group even though he is not a member of that
Group. Does Window 2003 Server keep all users in the
    User Group no matter what?

Yes. If you want to remove all users, you must remove the default "Users" or
"Domain Users" and go with the specific ones you want.
