Server behavior User Authentication is missing

Server behavior User Authentication is missing

I'm trying to make a login and according to the help file have to go to
application, click the + , go to the user authentication popup and choose login
or somethin alike.

Help would be appreciated.

It doesn't have that on the list, only recordset,dynamic table, dynamic text, recordset navigationbar, recordset navigation status , repaeated region, record insertion form and record update form.
